Pet Policy-No pets are permitted on property. Only service animals that is defined under the ADA are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on property.
Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $200 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property Immediately
Smoking Policy- The hotel has a strict no-smoking (and no-vaping), indoors and outdoors. Guests violating this policy in public spaces will be asked to leave the property. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a minimum $200 cleaning fee that will be placed on the guest folio at the time of discovery, either before or after check-out.
Noise Policy- To support a peaceful, sleep-friendly environment for all guests, we maintain a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from another guest, you will be issued a warning. If there is a second noise complaint, you will be evicted from the property without a refund.
Cancellation Policy- We have a 2 week cancellation policy, you can cancel anytime before 2 weeks of arrival without penalty. Cancellations made 1-13 days prior to check in result in one night stay being charged. Reservations cancelled the day of arrival, or no shows result in being charged for the full stay.
